Who we are

Seconds Out Boxing was started by highly skilled and experienced UK boxing coaches who wanted to make a novice charity boxing course that’s safer and more accessible. The 8-week training plan is super easy to follow, even if you’ve never boxed before. It focuses on skills rather than power, so anyone can get involved. This would be easy to follow by participants with little to no experience, safe and based more on skill than power. This gives all SO Boxing participants a more enjoyable and 5 star rated experience on their big night, whilst raising £1,000’s for a charity of their choice.
